I WILL BE THE ONE WITH THE YELLOW FLOWER IN THE LAPEL

I HAVE HAD A FEW REQUESTS TO BE MORE AVAILABLE AFTER GIGS ON THE NEXT LEG SO THAT SOME OF YOU CAN HAVE A TALK AND GENERALLY MEET UP.THATS OK WITH ME OF COURSE,BUT LET ME EXPLAIN SOMETHING FIRST .WE HAVE A ROUTINE THAT,AFTER A SHOW WE KICK BACK FOR A WHILE ,AND DISCUSS EVENTS OF THE EVENINGS ,WHILST CHANGING..AFTER THAT ROBIN HAS TO GET READY TO GO MEET AND GREET IN THE VEHICLE,WHICH CAN SOMETIMES TAKE AN HOUR OR MORE DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE CROWD AROUND THE AREA TO SIGN AND MEET UP WITH FANS..MYSELF GLENN AND DAVEY TAKE THAT TIME TO GRAB A QUICK BITE TO EAT FROM THE DELI TRAY AND ENJOY A GLASS OF WINE IN THE PEACE AND QUIET OF THE DRESSING ROOM,WHICH AFTER A SHOW AT THE VOLUME WE PUT OUT ,IT TAKES A AWHILE FOR OUR EARS TO ADJUST TO THE NORMAL LEVELS ONCE AGAIN..I RARELY VISIT THE DRESSING ROOM EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER A SHOW TILL IM READY TOO...REMEMBER I SIT DOWN THRU A SHOW AND I HAVE TO PACE AROUND AFTER AND BEFORE TO GET THE LIMBS WORKING ,AND I LIKE THE COOL OF THE OUTSIDE AIR IN PREFERENCE TO A WARM DRESSING ROOM.SO IN ANSWER TO YOUR REQUESTS FOLKS IM MORE LIKELY TO BE SEEN ONSTAGE AFTER THE SHOW THAN AT THE VEHICLE.OR OUTSIDE STAGE DOOR MOMENTS AFTER WE COME OFF . I WILL BE HAPPY TO SEE ANYONE OUT THERE ,AS LONG AS IVE HAD A MOMENT TO CALM DOWN,HAVE A CIGGIE,AND A DRINK .......WHEN ROBS FIONISHED SIGNING WE USUALLY LEAVE RIGHT AWAY,SO THATS WHERE I WILL BE ..........COME SAY HELLO THEN . MANY THANKS SEE YA!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. The fear of public speaking is a well documented one that is not easily overcome. Like many abilities, including musical, it is usually accomplished with much practice and experience. The average person just doesn't speak in public that often to get very good at it.

It's strange to explain but I understand what you're saying about the audience. Around the age of 12 I started giving talks in front of a 400 member church, later in college I was more nervous in front of a class of 20? I found that the more personal you make it, the harder it is. You do fine, just try and relax.
