WHAT A NIGHT IN COLUMBUS OHIO..THE ROOM WAS HEAVING AND THE NOISE WAS DEAFENING WHEN WE WALKED ON STAGE , AND DIDNT REALLY LET UP ALL THRU THE SHOW .THE SOUND WAS BIG , THE BAND PLAYED GREAT , AND IT WAS SMILES ALL ROUND ALL NIGHT . COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE REALLY..............SO THANK YOU ALL IN THIS GREAT TOWN FOR COMING OUT TO SAY HELLO TO US AGAIN ...THE NEWPORT THEATRE I FOUND OUT IS THE OLDEST RUNNING GIGS IN THE USA . SO LOTS OF HISTORY THERE ......WE'RE OFF TO CLEVELAND TO SAY HELLO TO SOME GREAT PEOPLE THERE TOO .. THE BAND IS IN GOOD SPIRITS , AND LAURIE AND PAUL OUR NEW GTR TECH ARE DOIN A GREAT JOB. DAVE OUR DRIVER ,FRIEND ,AND MERCH GUY IS DOIN STELLA WORK AS ALWAYS , GETTING US SAFELY TO WORK EVERY DAY, AND BEING A CONSTANT IN OUR LIVES WHEN WERE OUT ON THE ROAD . WE ARE VERY LUCKY TO HAVE FOUND A GREAT UNIT THAT WORKS WITH US , AND IT ALL GOES REALLY SMOOTHLY BECAUSE OF THE REALLY HARD WORK THAT THESE GUYS PUT IN EVERY DAY TO GET US ON STAGE AND PLAYING WELL AS WE ARE .THANK YOU GUYS.. WE COULDNT DO IT WITHOUT YOU .......................................SEE YA !!!!!!!!

My friend brought I nice camera to the show. That's his hobby. I called the club earlier to make sure it was alright - they said no problem. As soon as we were on the floor a security guy said we need to get rid of it. He said cell phone cameras and point and shoot were allowed but not professionals. We explained we wanted pictures of our hero for personal use only but he didn't budge. That really soured our experience. Although we all were looking forward to buying the new CD we didn't. Is this decision through Robin Trower or someone else that thinks everybody is going to rip them off. It sounds like the same old record company ripped me off and won't get shafted again syndrome...I would think a fans word and sincerity would get a little break. Too bad this had to happen.
